Wide Format Printing
In the Hub we have an HP Designjet Z5200, a 42” wide-format printer capable of printing documents, photos, banners, and more. If you would like to have something printed, please ask a HubTech or fill out a print request form.
We can print your design on adhesive polypropylene and then mount it onto foam board. This is a good option if you need to display a poster on an easel or just need rigidity and durability. Available in both 20” x 30” ($22) and 30” x 40” ($36) sizes. Upload your file or e-mail it to bpingen@uu.edu.
This is standard paper, which is a great economical option when you need to print something large but do not need a particularly high resolution or a super durable material.
This photo paper is great for photo enlargements, posters, and displays. The satin finish is between glossy and matte.
This economical adhesive polypropylene has a matte finish and is great for making stickers or any other projects that you want to be self-adhesive. The color is not as vibrant as with the adhesive polypropylene.
This adhesive polypropylene is tear-, wrinkle-, and water-resistant with a permanent adhesive backing. This is a great material for mounting to walls and poster boards and can also be used for vinyl decals and stickers.
The 33" wide Retractable Banner Stand is a great way to showcase or advertise your department or event. Featuring a telescopic pole, the banner height can be adjusted anywhere between 34" and 78". You can choose between a premium base and a more economic option. If you already have a stand and just need the banner replaced, select “None” under the Banner Stand option and bring us your current stand, and we will print and install your new banner. Polypropylene is a lightweight banner material that is tear-resistant, wrinkle-resistant, and water-resistant. Colors are vibrant, making it a great choice for banners and short-term outdoor signage.
Opaque scrim is a thick, durable banner material. It has brilliant image quality and is water- and tear-resistant. It is 100% opaque so there is no show-through on the back side.
Make your own stickers. Send us your sticker design(s), and we can print and cut them for you. The stickers will be printed on an adhesive polypropylene vinyl so they are water- and weather-resistant. We will include as many as will fit on the sheet unless you include specific instructions.
