Entrepreneurship Studios

Are you a student with a product to sell or a big idea you’re ready to test out? Whether you’ve already started a small business or you’re just getting going, we invite you to apply for a spot in Union University’s Entrepreneurship Studio—a creative marketplace located in The Ethos Forum and launching in Fall 2025.

This is your opportunity to set up your own mini storefront, grow your brand, and share your passion with the campus community.

Key Details:

• Product Types:

  Items may be homemade or sourced (handcrafted goods, accessories, art, stationery, clothing, etc.).
  Note: For health and safety reasons, food and drink items are not permitted.

• Payment Process:

  Customers will pay student entrepreneurs directly via Venmo or a similar payment app. Union University will not process any transactions.

• Alignment with University Values:

  All products and branding should comply with the Union University Community Values, including excellence, integrity, respect, and faith.

• Store Management Expectations:

  Participants will be responsible for maintaining their storefronts in a neat, organized, and attractive manner. This includes regular restocking and upkeep.

• Security and Risk:
  The Entrepreneurship Studio operates on an honor system and is not continuously staffed. While the space encourages trust, we advise students not to display any items they cannot afford to lose. We also encourage the use of simple security displays or creative ways to safeguard merchandise.

• Studio Operations and Support:

  • Open during Forum building hours, with flexible access for student restocking and updates.

  • Opportunities may arise to participate in special promotional events.

  • The Union University Enactus team will provide mentorship and practical guidance throughout the semester.
