Erin Picard Foster, a 2016 engineering graduate, said Union taught her to strive for excellence in all her work.
"My career is my mission field," Picard said. "Our work will affect many others, and as an engineer I want to strive to give customers exceptional work because I want to show the love of Christ through my work."

Emory Craft
Emory Craft, a 2021 mechanical engineering graduate, now serves as the Quality Manager of Global Show Vehicle Operations at General Motors in Milford, Michigan. Originally from Celina, Texas, Craft oversees the marketing fleet of show vehicles, managing everything from media events to securing parts for early model retrofits.

Michael Kirk
Michael is originally from Fort Worth, Texas, and moved to Tennessee in 2021 to attend Union University. In May 2025, he graduated with a degree in Engineering with a concentration in Mechanical Engineering. Just two weeks later, he married his wife, Olivia. They enjoy going on walks around Jackson and trying new coffee spots. Michael is now working as an engineer at H&M.
